Andreau Charles - LMSW
Andreau is a Licensed Social Worker with a Masters in Social Work from Stony Brook University. His therapeutic approach is non-judgmental, motivational and collaborative, creating a safe space for people to explore healing and personal transformation. Andreau utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Psychotherapy, Mindfulness, and breathing, movement and visualization techniques to help build positive coping skills, reduce stress and ease depression, increase self-esteem, and develop emotional resilience.
